TESTING IS CONTEXT DEPENDENT

Testing is basically context dependent. Different kinds of sites are tested differently. For example, safety – critical software is tested differently from an e-commerce site.

Testing effort should be based on what is to be tested. Testing focus will depend on what is more important for that type of application.

Testing a website like “Trade me” is different from testing “Microsoft application’.
